I like to lurk on message boards. You never know what you will glean and there are loads of smart and interesting people. A recent post inspired me to get more active with my silly little Trout Hugger Blog and here it is: Hey you got Colorados in my Greenbacks!. Yep, you guessed it. A restoration effort suffers a setback due to an error in fish identification. Trust me, I could never tell which is which. It's just a drag that it has all come to this.
Now on a brighter note, I caught some great waves today.

Trout of the Month
( photo lost due to server changes at myfishingpictures.com <- not very web-savvy )
I figured I'd start off this "Trout Blogging "experiment" with a simple post. It's early 2007 and Southern California is in a drought. Believe it or not, there can be reasonably good trout fishing in So. Cal. and it looks lile it's in the midst of a serious blow. Hopefully it's only a cyclical thing but murmurs of global warming can't be disregarded. In a remote stream that still flowed well, I caught this beauty.
